Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SeqPaste, developed by Md Imran Ansari, publishing as PNT Apps. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SeqPaste on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except as allowed by law.

2. Free and paid features

SeqPaste can be downloaded and used for free with core features. Optional paid features ("Pro") can be unlocked through in-app purchase:

Yearly subscription: unlocks Pro for one year and renews automatically.
Lifetime purchase: a one-time payment that unlocks Pro permanently for your Apple Account.

Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy, and may vary by country.

3. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the app or use another Mac signed in to the same Apple Account, use Restore Purchases in the app to unlock what you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you copy and paste with SeqPaste and for complying with the terms of the apps and websites you use it with. Do not use SeqPaste to break the law, infringe others' rights, or automate activity that a service prohibits.

7. Permissions and your Mac

Some features, such as Auto-Paste, require macOS permissions that you grant and can revoke at any time. SeqPaste only sends keystrokes when you press a paste shortcut or button. Please review what you paste before submitting forms or running code.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. In short, your clipboard content stays on your Mac.

9. Disclaimer

SeqPaste is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will work with every app or website.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
